DURING THE PANDEMIC CONNEXIA DEVISED A TOOL THAT MEASURES THE IMPACT OF COVID ON COMPANIES, TO HELP THEM CREATE NEW STRATEGIES FOR OPERATING EFFECTIVELY IN THE NEW NORMAL.

Covid-19 created an unprecedented discontinuity in people’s consumption behaviours and in the way organizations do business.

The measures implemented by brands during the lockdown period provided a good indicator of the real potential that companies could put in place for restarting in the new normal, a totally changed social and market scenario.

During this period Connexia made available to companies a new assessment tool  that is useful for measuring the impact of Covid-19 on their business and for determining their level of readiness for a successful future.

The Connexia Restart Index was used to analyse measures implemented by the organization in the areas of Business, Communication, Culture, Innovation, and Customer Experience, and to define the potential that companies could develop.
